Best about JinHold

JinHold Service Apartment, a hidden and mystery hotel to new customers. Most of them cannot find our entrance even they know our location. In fact, it was so special and comfort to stay in. Near to Kuching Downtown and just at the road side. This is the view customers can see us from traffic light near Jalan Urat Mata and Jalan Song.

Gold color building with a small backyard garden, over 30000 ft ground with grasses and some tracking path. Our guests are free to use it nights and day time. 

The view is greater during night time with all the "Torch light" lighten, one of to say "Gorgeous and Romantic..."

This is the main gate of Friendship Garden, surrounded by houses and tress around it makes it was so special from the others. Most of the local citizen jogging and have a walk at there during day and night time. Big pool at the middle show the wonderfulness of Chinese cultural. Besides, there are another gate  at the others side which is in chinese gate design. special and wonderful...

Zheng Ho, General from China who voyage almost half of the world at year 1405 and come out with his own 7 voyages, Voyages of Zheng Ho. Besides, he also the 1st person who came from China to Malaysia. 

This statue is to recall his legacy and successful in his life and he also the symbol of friendship indeed. His 7 voyages was famous with how many friends and places he ever reach and the process of sailing on the sea with no actual direction, the only thing appears is "go to south..." 

Besides, DBKU also design this garden with symbol-symbol of states in Malaysia, 13 statue made by rock with its representative icon. Skills and techniques in carving of locals are fully shown in it and all the detail are clearly shown. For example Twin Tower at KL, Paddy Field at Kedah, Penang Bridge and more....

Other than Friendship Garden, we also have some interesting place to recommend as entertainments to every guest at JinHold Service Apartment. Shopping, Sing-K, Movie and place to EAT became our main entertainment compare to previous generation. 

We do not have Cinema nearby as well as K-box, but we did have 2 shopping location with 10minutes walking distance nearby, Percent88. Collaboration of Salon and Boutique inside became its main attractiveness especially to youngers~ StarBuck and Watson at the lower ground become one of the bet place to go during afternoon... Cold coffee and best buy items at there just right to serve with during hot weather.

Shopping in OneJaya Mall also another good place to go, it just beside Percent88 building and there have more shop types like IT, gaming, Boutique, Salon and more.

Compare to one place's interesting place, the main thing we will concern during vacation would be "FOOD!" How is the local food taste like and the environment plays the role of adding points of the trip. Here are some nearby places i would like to share.

Porkies, nicely decorated restaurant served with western food and beers~ Football stuff with all the signature from football stars like Beckarm, Ronaldo and more...

Here will be paradise for pork lovers (Sorry for Muslims) that most of the meal are related with it. Ribs, chops, sausage and more are the recommended foods (This is middle and high end restaurant)

If looking for something cheaper and generalize would be Peach Garden and The Emporium.

Peach Garden, A big food court containing 44 food stalls, serving variety of foods from all over Malaysia like Penang Chah Kueh Tiaw, Nasi Lemak, Western Food, BBQ chicken wing and rice, Cha Kueh, Fish Noodle from KL and more...

Price will be cheaper compare to Porkies. And foods are so delicious and localize. 

The Emporium, just at opposite of Peach Garden also selling middle low price range food that comes from all over Malaysia, Melacca Nyonya food, KL western food, Local Kolomee, Pork rice and more... 

The best thing at The Emporium is air-con room to having meal plus a big LED to watch movie, football and even MV! haha... it was interesting~

We cannot separate us from technology items in current society... OneTJ, another IT mall in Kuching just 1.5km from us and it only takes 10mins of driving time to reach there. IT product from office use to personal gaming also available in it. IGamer, Boulevard IT and more famous IT seller are there to meet every user;s needs and wants.

In the words of idiom, "Out of the old; in with the new". NO meaning for welcoming new things as if no changes of old things. Changes is needed to continue survive in the rival of world. So do the paint on the wall, none of the paint can remain its color and hue after time past. Incoming of new paint refreshing the whole JinHold Service Apartment and prepare itself for the coming wars...

This project take few days to go on, they took 1 week to complete all the task including cleaning and painting. Replenish on all the old paint, from top to bottom, front to back. JinHold Service Apartment get its domineering, feel of respect and grown. 

The worker start from bottom of the wall, paint wall by wall from the line until inner side of the wall. The color was shining when shine by sun light. They set the sky flooding before they climb to higher place. Then the sky flooding move from one place to another to ease easy themselves of it.   

None of us will remember the old looks of the things after we used of the news things. This is the wall before replenishment, yellow color lost its hue and fanciness. It remain tough and antic, just like the "great wall" at China. No fear of anything and stand still to face its challenges.

However, attractive and eye catching color paints it life, giving soul to our building and append some feel of royal, yellow color makes JinHold Service Apartment became more attractive. Tedious of paintless wall no longer exist at the moment...

Some said "marry is grave for love" man or women no longer have more time and space to date with others, having fun with friends and go home late without informing anyone. Freedom not longer exist and need to work harder than before because expenses increasing. The worst thing is every dates must inform partners and get permission... 

My old man always says: "you will never know the true face of your partner until he/she willing to take off her mask, changes before and after married always surprising"  

In fact, did anyone ever think this also a good chance and space to know more about your partner? What is the real meaning of married? Why all the marriage vow never mention forever? Only vow will be partner's side no matter how he/she turns, because they know eternity only for God, only for Immortal.

Last 3months, a new couple just organized their marriage at JinHold Service Apartment. Here by, We send our best wish and blessing to you, May lasting for the end of life... "百年好合"

Groom and his team (buddy) come to JinHold early in the morning to win his wife back. This is the best part for the whole ceremony that groom will be challenged by wife's buddies. They set barriers and test to groom and this is the time of buddies to clear all the blocks^^

Planning... planning... and planning... but none of plan can support all the changes. Groom and his team are suffering of the hardest barrier, WHERE IS YOUR WIFE? (This is the 1st barrier) tips only given at which block but JinHold owned 18 rooms at Block A. How to find?

Groom win his wife after go through stage by stage, 5 taste of drinks, Hide and Seek, Singing, vow of love and more... Groom, you are the best for bride... just like fairy tail, hero save princess and have a happy ending... And his buddies, THANKS!!! appreciate what you people done... Lets drunk no return tonight...

"A great wind swept over the ghetto, carrying away shame, invisibility and four centuries of humiliation. But when the wind dropped people saw it had been only a little breeze, friendly, almost gentle" quote by Jean Genet, Malaysia is a special country that contains different races within included Malays, Chinese, Indian and more local races yet we live in harmony...

We just experience the compassion and love of locals during Hari Raya period, one of the big day in Malaysia of Malays, celebration of new year for them after suffers from fasting for 1 month to experience taste of poor person who do not has any cent with them.  

One of our guest, Malays come from west Malaysia who visit their relatives and celebrating open house at Kuching. They cook some simple malay food like Nasi minyak, Ayam merah, Sapi kicap and more at kitchen prepared by JinHold at each room

Ayam merah

This is ayam masak merah, one of the famous malay food and it was red in color. Taste was nice and special especially those meat, recook again with special source plus some herb and onion after fried.

Sapi masak Kicap

Another type of malay food we can found easily in Malaysia, we call it as "Sapi masak kicap", another type of rendang. It's taste like Lo Bak in chinese food and was serve with rice. It looks tough and dry in fact it wasn't, juicy and the beef melt in my mouth but it is a little bit too salty.

Pineapple cook with herbs and Kismis

Last but not least, Nasi Minyak, the most important main course in Malays menu which cook with Minyak Sapi (Beef oil). Yellow in color mix with pineapple and kismis to make the taste more fresh and juicy, normally nasi minyak are served with fried chicken but we were serve with Ayam merah.

This is the part of mine, i just love the sapi masak kicap especailly the source. Pineapple was fresh and the Ayam merah remain crispy and this is the mystery of Malay food. thumb up^^

We, JinHold Service Apartment prepare a "kitchen" at every units for our customers so that they can link each others. 

Fresh air with 2500ft backyard garden refreshing us and create a great view of JinHold Service Apartment. Customer can do what ever they want like morning walk or TaiChi even Yoga. It was free to use  whenever customers want and we light it up during night. best view ever during night even we locate in town area.

"Where ever you are, there we will be" we provide free shuttle to our beloved guest from and to airport and even bus station. We worrying our customers frustrated in waiting for public transport especially those come from apart. New place with no knowledge about the local roads will put them into dangerous. Therefore we prepared our own transport to ease easy you...
